All orders are processed within 2 business days.
You'll receive an order confirmation email on completion of your order, and shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once shipped.
1.Destinations
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US(Expect HI, PR, AK, GU, AE, VI, FM and APO/FPO).
2.Shipping Cost
Shipping is free in the US for all mobility scooters, and most accessories purchased with a mobility scooter.
3.Shipping Time
In the US, in-stock items (except batteries) typically ship within two business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product's page.
4.Shipping Method
All orders are verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 business days.
Shipping is offered through FedEx for mobility scooters. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by FedEx. Once your item ships, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your package.
5.Change of Address
Before shipping:No charge fee.
After shipping:If we accept a valid change of address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address in time, you may refuse the package and are responsible for the return shipping fee of $150 and an additional 10% of the mobility scooters cost as a re shipping fee to the new address
